What is in the neighborhood?

Within 2 blocks of the Townes of Orange Hunt is a wonderful park with team fields, a tennis court and more.  It's walkable

Pohick Regional Library is about 3 blocks away from the Townes.  It's on the corner of Old Keene Mill and Sydenstricker.

There is a public bus that goes down Sydenstricker.

A Lidl grocery store along with multiple food restaurants, a Dollar Tree, Staples, Ross, and a gym are conveniently  within a few blocks from the Townes. 

If you've never been to Springfield, the "Slug line" is a place where people park their cars, then ride with others (randomly) to the Pentagon and downtown DC in the morning, then return in the afternoons.  It's an accepted practice in this area and has been for over 25 years.

Doctors and dentists, as well as other businesses are located just up the street from the Townes.
