Please put trash or recycling out NO EARLIER than 6 P.M on the evenings before pick up.  Mondays and Thursdays are trash pick up.  Mondays are recycling pick up only (6-7 AM).  

DO NOT PUT RECYCLING OUT FOR THURSDAY PICK UP!!!

ALL trash cans must be marked with your townhouse number.  Unmarked containers not retrieved within 24 hours after the collection are subject to being confiscated.  

ONLY TRASH CANS or HEAVY DUTY, CONTRACTOR, TRASH BAGS should be used when placing trash out for pick up.  Regular trash bags or kitchen bags are NOT acceptable unless they are placed INSIDE the trash can.  Please keep our trash areas as clean as possible so dogs, rodents and other animals don't mess up the area by getting into your trash. 

 Corrugated cardboard is ONLY ALLOWED on Mondays, not on Thursdays.  ALL cardboard boxes must be broken down (taken apart) before placed into the recycling containers.

YARD DEBRIS (Monday and Thursdays 6-7AM)

Grass clippings and leaves should be bagged in CLEAR PLASTIC or BROWN PAPER bags or in a personal can clearly marked "YARD DEBRIS".

Brush and limbs should be bundled and TIED and limbs should bot exceed 4 FEET in length and 3 inches in diameter and should not exceed 50 pounds.  Tree stumps, concrete, bricks, blocks, mulch, dirt, and sod are NOT acceptable at any time.

NO TRASH SERVICE on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.  Trash/recycling will be picked up on the next scheduled day.  

Christmas trees willbe picked up during the first two weeks in January.

You may NOT have anything that is taller than 18 inches over the top of your fence.  That means, buildings, bushes, basketball hoops, etc.  

Also, if you need to repaint your house, even the same color, you need to contact the ACC with a request to do so.
