A variety of homes at TOHHA
Most of the Townes have 3 and 4 bedroom townhouses with both front yards and back yards which are fenced. We are governed by a TOHHA board and by laws. We have an architectural committee that ensures that the townhouse properties are upkept and in compliance with guidelines.
Townes Of Orange Hunt Homeowners Association Cares
Each townhouse comes with two car parking spaces (as long as dues are paid and there are no violations pending.) The homeowner's association dues pay for snow removal, common ground grass cutting, and trash pickup.
