About us...
The Townes of Orange Hunt is a vibrant and established townhome community nestled in Northern VA, at the western edge of Springfield. The majority of the 155 three and four-bedroom, 3-floor units in the community are owner-occupied.
The Townes of Orange Hunt homes have continued to be popular since they were first introduced. There are several reasons. They are all brick, have a superior commuting and shopping location, outstanding schools and proximity to a multitude of recreational facilities. Additionally, there are large courtyards throughout the community minimizing the proximity one normally associates with town homes.
The community is served by the Fairfax County public schools of Orange Hunt ES, Irving MS and West Springfield HS, and is convenient to major commuter routes, public transportation, shopping, a public library, parks and recreation options and a variety of places of worship.

Townes of Orange Hunt Board Meeting
2024 Board of Directors Meeting Schedule is normally the third Thursday of each quarter.
Meetings are at Orange Hunt Elementary (OHE), Room 162 (art room) at 7 P.M.
PLEASE VOLUNTEER! Board members are NEEDED to ensure a well run association.
FAQs
Homeowner's fees are $115.54 per month and payable through Summit Management Company.
Two parking spaces, which are common ground (and belong to the association), come with each townhouse unit.
